I had a great stay at this hotel. Waking up to stunning views of the lake and volcanoes was amazing, and the free WiFi and water outside our room were convenient. The service was superb, especially with assistance for transfers and arranging tours. The location made it perfect for exploring the area. However, the town was a bit scruffy. The dining experience was good with large portions, and the facilities were top-notch.
